Serves: 1 cup
  • 1 bag Sleep Welle herbal tea
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  1. Add teabag to a mug and pour over freshly boiled water. Allow to brew for 5 mins, then stir through vanilla and maple syrup. Remove tea bag and enjoy.
