It’s Monday morning and there’s no better time for a green smoothie bowl in my opinion. This beauty is packed full of skin boosting ingredients- avocado, coconut oil, bananas, wheatgrass and flaxseed. Get that natural, luminous glow with this nutritious bowl. Recipe
- 2 frozen bananas
- Half an avocado
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp Organic Burst wheatgrass
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cup almond mylk (or other non dairy mylk)
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- Fruits and rawnola/granola for toppings
- Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into your bowl and decorate with fruit and rawnola.
